The highly trained and experienced manpower comprises of design and process engineers, and production workers, who have a proven track record in Designing. Manufacturing, Quality Assurance. Procuring. Marketing of Products and Services. Our QC department is equipped with modem gauges & measuring instruments and is operated with strict emphasis on Quality Control. The Team is totally dedicated to Customer Satisfaction, Environmental Protection and Waste Elimination through Constant Productivity Improvement.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
ACCU-FIX maintains highest levels of precision to provide the best performance of its products. Right from the first stage of raw materials by using best of the steel from European countries to 100% inspection at the final stage, we boast of a stable process and try to achieve Six Sigma.
We use electronic and air gauges and our systems & procedures are at par with international standards. Inspection at each stage is carried out in all the phases of manufacturing process to ensure conformance to dimensional tolerances. We employ 100% inspection of all collets at final phase to ensure that the run out values for each collet is maintained within the acceptable limits. This is followed by a thorough visual check before the collets are sent to finish goods stores.
